Trust your eye care to those who provide education to Eye Care Practitioners. Dr. Edward Chow was one of the first Canadian optometrists to engage in the practice of Orthokeratology. A founding Board Member of the American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control, Dr. Chow has been engaged in the research of myopia control through the use of custom design lenses. He has lectured on this topic
globally and is well known in the industry as an expert in this field. Dr. Theodore Chow has a Masters degree in NeuroScience and has lectured in conjunction with Dr. Edward Chow on myopia control and the biomechanical properties of the eye as well as presented his thesis and research papers in Canada and the United States. Amy Chow is a Registered Optician and Journalist, marrying her penchant for communications and her knowledge in specialty lens fittings, she is a regular lecturer for the Ontario Optician’s Association, Optician’s Association of Canada and the Academy of Ophthalmic Education. She is also an instructor at the Seneca College Opticianry Program.
